We are not responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance. Especially, if you use a shipping forwarder company, we are not responsible for any type of lost, accidents and damages after delivered by our shipping carriers. We use UPS or FedEx Ground for domestic delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. If you prefer other shipping methods, please contact us. We ship via USPS Priority to Alaska and Hawaii. If you need to change shipping address after the item was shipped, we need to charge $10 for UPS Intercept Request.

Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 20 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges. We refer that returns are sent to us via UPS.
